Our pumps are primarily used for...

• Continuous infusion of chemotherapy drugs on patients with colorectal cancers and hepatocellular carcinomas
  
• Administration of deferoxamine for the treatment of chronic iron overload
  
• Administration of morphine when used in the treatment of intractable pain caused by cancer

All pumps are cleaned and re-certified meeting O.S.H.A. requirements at our on-site Biomedical department

PatientDirect has an on-site Biomedical department that is responsible for repairs, maintenance and calibration of all of our pumps. This service provides clean, approved, reliable pumps, prevents emergency pump problems and alleviates the cost and responsibility associated with this to the facility.
